Who answers

Rachid Bouhmou. A question about this data goes to contact@aoex.be.

Daily alert

The alert is free: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal, and stopping it creates no fee.

Stopping takes effect at once: the address is not kept for another year.

The alert stays free, with no subscription. If a price ever exists later, the change is stated before it applies, and it is not raised in silence.

Alerts come from one address only, contact@aoex.be, and every message has a working stop link.

When a person leaves an address on the Alert page, that address is kept in order to send, each day, the list of Belgian TED notices that are still open. The activity or CPV code, and the Belgian place, are kept only when they were entered, so that the list can be limited. The language of the page is kept so the message can be written in that language.

The address stays on record until the person stops the alert with the link in the message, or until they ask contact@aoex.be to delete it. It is not used for another list, for advertising, or for an account.

Nothing is sent until the person confirms the address with the link in the first message. An unconfirmed address is deleted after seven days.

The Belgian number and the NACE codes are kept only when they were entered. The company name is not kept.

A followed notice keeps the TED number, the title, the buyer, and the published deadlines. A corrigendum or a changed date sends a message. A reminder leaves before the submission deadline, and before the questions deadline when that date is published.

Every message contains a one-click stop link, the List-Unsubscribe header, and a link to the preferences page.

What stays on the device

When the app is installed, the chosen language stays on the device so aoex reopens in that language. The browser also keeps a copy of the pages needed to open the site. Both stores exist so the site can run. They do not measure visits.

A number typed to read a record, to read filed annual accounts, or to check a VAT number is sent to the public source for the time of the answer. It is not kept as a file of visitors.

Adding the deadline opens Calendar on an Apple device. On other devices, Google Calendar opens: the title, the date, and the notice link go to Google, not to aoex.

What is not done

AOEX does not use an advertising network. Addresses are not sold. Google Analytics measures visits to aoex.be only after an explicit acceptance. Without that agreement, Google Analytics is not loaded.

The site

Consultation of the site is free.

The score sorts notices from the public facts. It does not predict who will be selected and it does not state a chance of winning a contract.

AOEX does not give legal advice.

Open notices come from TED. The company record comes from the public register of the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises.

TED contract-award notices are a separate reading from notices that are still open. A winner or a payable tender amount appears only when the notice publishes it. A framework ceiling is left out. No average, no win rate, and no competitor list is added.

Belgian contracts below the EU thresholds are published on e-Procurement. They are not on aoex, because no open machine access without a BOSA client has been confirmed.

Funding calls that are still open come from the Funding & Tenders portal. An amount, a winner, or a chance of success that was not read there is not added. A CORDIS project is cited only if the published record exists.

Regional aid calls that are still open come from the SPW Recherche table and from the hub.brussels list. An intention date that is still open is shown with that label and is not stored as a final deadline. A call without a published date is not added. No amount and no chance of success are added. Flanders (VLAIO) is not read: no public feed of calls that are still open, readable without a login and without a paid key, was confirmed.
