Sources read
- TED Journal of public-procurement notices published above the EU thresholds. The notices still open on this site come from TED. Contract-award notices are a separate reading: the winner and the payable tender amount appear only when they are published. A framework ceiling is left out.
- CBE, Crossroads Bank for Enterprises Public company record. Name, address, activity, status, legal form, and start date are shown when that record publishes them.
- Funding & Tenders portal Funding calls that are still open. Programme, title, deadline, and official link are kept when the portal publishes them.
- CORDIS Research projects that are already published. A dossier cites a project only when that record exists. This is not the list of calls still open.
- NBB, Central Balance Sheet Office Annual accounts filed for a number already read at the CBE. The filing year, the deposit date, and the official link of the filing are kept when they are published.
- SPW Recherche Aid calls still open in Wallonia. Programme, title, published date, and official link are kept when they are published. An intention date is not a final deadline.
- hub.brussels Calls still open published for Brussels. Region, title, deadline, and official link are kept when they are published.
What is not included yet
Belgian contracts below the EU thresholds are published on e-Procurement, the BOSA platform. They are not included yet, because no open machine access without a BOSA client has been confirmed. Flanders (VLAIO) is not included: no public feed of calls that are still open, readable without a login and without a paid key, was confirmed.

There is no open feed. The notice list stays empty. No act and no date is added. The annex of legal persons is the public page.
