EU thresholds
A notice is published on TED when the contract reaches the EU publication thresholds. The amounts below are those the European Commission publishes for Directive 2014/24/EU, years 2026-2027.
Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152 of 22 October 2025.
- €5 404 000 — Works and subsidised works, central and sub-central authorities
- €750 000 — Social and other specific services listed in Annex XIV
- €216 000 — Subsidised services of central government authorities
- €140 000 — Other services, design contests and supplies of central authorities outside defence, and defence supplies listed in Annex III
- €216 000 — Defence supplies that are not listed in Annex III
- €216 000 — Other services, design contests, subsidised services and supplies of sub-central contracting authorities

Belgian contracts below these thresholds are published on e-Procurement. They are not on aoex, because no open machine access without a BOSA client has been confirmed.
