Is this TED notice still open?
Enter the TED publication number. AOEX reads the deadline TED publishes: still open, today, or passed. If TED does not publish one, the page says so. This is not a calculation between two dates.
TED does not publish a deadline for this notice. AOEX does not invent one, and does not present the notice as still open.
